1. copy the file to a folder vehicles.img pc/models/cdimages /
2. copy files handling.dat, vehicles.ide, carcols.dat folder common/data/
3. american.gxt copy the file to a folder common/text (in the game to put English!)
4. Copy the content of Traffic Control System v1.0 Beta in the game folder (this is necessary in order for what would be the city went to a variety of machines). works on 1.0.7.0 (for 1.0.6.1 does not work)
5. optionally install Native Trainer 6.2 with a modified release under the ini file. Copy and trainer.asi trainer.ini in the game folder as well must be set asi loader and scripthook (there is a folder with TCS).
